With great pride and appreciation, we are pleased to announce the official awarding and signing of the contract for the project: “Operation and Maintenance of the Materials Laboratory at the Northern Borders Municipality (Operation, Maintenance, and Knowledge Transfer).”
This long-term investment project, launched by the Investment Agency of the Northern Borders Municipality, marks a strategic milestone in enhancing the quality of engineering and construction works, as well as the materials used in public infrastructure projects across the region.
The awarding of this contract reaffirms our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technologies and advanced solutions in direct alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The project aims to:
- Enhance the quality of life and municipal services for the region’s residents.
- Improve the execution quality of municipal projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Strengthen quality control and assurance in public infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and ensure quality in both private development and municipality-led projects.
- Regulate the quality of materials used in concrete, asphalt, block, tile, and interlock factories.
- Empower the Northern Borders Municipality to play a more decentralized and technically supportive role.
- Apply international and local best practices, including the Saudi Building Code and the Saudi Road Code.
