In recognition of our company’s leadership and distinguished expertise in delivering engineering and consultancy services, the official award decision and contract signing have been concluded for the Operation and Development of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Jazan Municipality. This milestone reflects ongoing national efforts to empower municipalities, elevate project management capabilities, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure alignment with internationally recognized best practices in project execution and delivery.
Under this strategic agreement, our company will assume full responsibility for the operation and development of the PMO, encompassing comprehensive performance oversight, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators, and support for effective planning and execution processes. The scope also includes the implementation of standardized project management methodologies, along with fully integrated technical and operational support services, to ensure the successful achievement of the Jazan Municipality’s strategic objectives. This will further enhance the quality, efficiency, and consistency of project delivery, in alignment with the region’s urban and service development aspirations.
