Official Signing of the Contract for the Development, Operation, Management, and Maintenance of the Quality Laboratory in Buraidah
Mission Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce the signing of an investment contract with Qassim Municipality for the development, operation, management, and maintenance of the Quality Laboratory in the city of Buraidah. The contract was signed under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister, Eng. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail.
This strategic initiative aims to enhance the laboratory’s capabilities and elevate the quality assurance services provided, in alignment with the Municipality’s efforts to improve the efficiency of municipal works and support the development of modern infrastructure across the region.
The contract was signed by:
- Eng. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Mujalli – Mayor of Qassim Region
- Eng. Mshari bin Nasser Al-Shathri – Chairman of the Board, Mission Engineering Consultancy
The project focuses on upgrading the laboratory’s operational framework, modernizing testing technologies, and implementing advanced quality assurance systems that ensure greater accuracy and reliability in evaluating construction materials and works.
Through this partnership, Mission will enhance the laboratory’s capabilities in soil testing, concrete and aggregate assessment, and other construction material evaluations, in addition to developing workflow procedures and applying integrated electronic systems that strengthen operational efficiency and support municipal service quality.
This project represents an important milestone in advancing the urban environment of Buraidah and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by raising infrastructure quality and applying best practices in quality control and technical oversight.
