Asset Tracking and Condition Assessment Services for 23 MODON Industrial Cities
We are thrilled to announce that Mission Consultant Engineering, in collaboration with Elemka Engineering Professional Company, has been awarded the MODON Asset Tracking and Condition Assessment Services project by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON)!
This prestigious project spans 23 cities across the Kingdom and will be completed over the next 24 months. Our team will begin by conducting a comprehensive asset inventory ensuring compliance with the Intl standards and global best practices, using state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge techniques. We will then integrate data from existing infrastructure, GIS models, and operational records to develop a robust Asset Register. This will include both tangible and intangible assets.
Our experts will conduct an Asset Condition Assessment, Evaluate Performance and form the foundation for MODON’s strategic Asset Management Framework, supporting long-term operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Furthermore, and as part of our commitment to knowledge transfer, we will develop a comprehensive Asset Tracking & Condition Assessment Guidelines Manual, equipping MODON’s teams with standardized methodologies for future asset management and lifecycle planning.
We are setting new standards in Asset Intelligence and Infrastructure Sustainability through precision, innovation, and expertise.
